What you are proposing IS NOT an engine swap, it's much more extensive and about $25,000 including the cost of the 5.5.
ECU must be programmed to recognize the new motor, + numerous other related issues.
Rudy Compart (his company: Speedriven) in Illinois has done the swap for several other Forum members such as amx1397 (Jim).
You'll have to deliver the car to his location for the work, he's the best for this type of swap.
