Well, if it will push start, then there is nothing wrong with the PTCM / RCM / fuel supply.
That kinda narrows it down to the ignition switch or pulse module.
The member over in Mississippi found he had a bad wire from the PTCM to the Pulse module a month or so ago ....
( the pulse module is located in the under hood fuse box next to the fender after you remove the top, then the second cover. )
I'd also add that the power cable to the starter is faulty or a has a bad connection. Check the ground wire as well to cover the bases.
Also check the battery connection, a badly clamped cable cannot complete the circuit as it will just spark. I forgot to tighten the clamp screw and it started at home but not in the plaza parking lot no click, nothing, fortunately I found my error pretty quick.
