Only to answer, I never really place calls when driving, so I haven't really played with it enough to know how convenient and easy to use that feature is. I have the microphone right above the rear view mirror, and plan to hide it fully, either in the homelink assembly, or maybe with a factory looking headliner mic.
I have a coupe, and the reception seems fine for me in FM, and sounds very good, but I didn't use the factory radio long enough to give a valid range comparison.
Also I just bought a non working Clarion M502 from eBay this morning, $25 shipped and worse case, I can judge how much I like the looks and feasibility of changing colors before spending over $100 for a working one.
From the pictures I have seen, I agree, it looks more like a factory radio than the Becker.
