Whatever the problem...the solution is to replace everything but the frame. What doesn't make sense is how the relay could be wired backwards following this procedure...the tech only has to disconnect an electrical wiring connector...and reconnect the connector. A problem implies that the bad fan is replaced with a bad fan, but the new bad fan can be fixed in the shop?? Scary.
