no because we have the transmission for it,, right now you are either at the end of 3 gear or the beginning of 4th,
and you are around 4500 rpm.
now change your gears to say 4.10,, as your left front wheel lifts off the ground you may be around a 1.39 60' and now you are on the high side of 4th gear which is 1to1 (not over drive) with out any other change your 10.9 time would be around 10.7 or 10.6 @ 130 to 133. I went from a 3.07 running 10.83 to a 3.27 and dropped to 10.70 and 10.65,,,,, 60' went from 1.72 to 1.59. with nos out of hole i can a 1.3 60' if track conditions and tires. jim

P S. 2.27 comes in the limited ,so it is a good street gear,,the 3.46 i ran on the street it was freakish leaving a red light, it was a nice gear for the street also,, highway not bad ,don't remember the rpm at 80now we are trying to set it up with a wave trac.
