Yes.
There are 2 phillips screws securing the plastic cover above the passenger footwell.
Remove them and the cover.
then there is another plastic cover for the fan assembly, as I recall you slide two catches to remove that.
Then you can get to the Torx screws that mount the fan assembly.

You will probably have to replace the resistor module, and possibly the fan motor.

Might as well replace the cabin filter while you are in there.

( be prepared to have a severe kink in the neck before you are done )
