Does your belt show any signs of damage? When I was figuring out the pulleys for my stacked setup, I found the belt around the tensioner would sometimes contact the belt around the PS pulley and ruin the belt. Under load the belt stretched enough to move the tensioner enough that the clearance was insufficient.
