So we can assume that none of the seater Hester's work, sea and seat back on the drivers side and on the passenger side?
The Service Manual explains a series of test to check for power and resistance of the seat heaters. Look them up. The seat heaters if broken can be replaced, look in the
Index of problems in red at the bottom of my post here, replacement is explained, it is an awkward job. Check them for a circuit failure before that though.
