As said earlier check the crank pulley (harmonic balancer). Just had the same problem and noticed that the crank pulley is slipping forward. Ordering new the tool, harmonic balancer, and crankshaft bolt this week. This is a known problem and should be fixed ASAP before the pulley comes off and does serious damage.
