This isn't true at all, you don't have to live with brake dust. I've had several other "performance" vehicles and NONE of them had the brake dust issue this car has. Other cars have similar issues. The pads on my A8 were AWFUL and would coat the wheels on a regular basis until I switched to Ceramic Pads and now its only a couple of months before the wheels need cleaning with a scrub brush (vs. every week for the SRT-6). And before you suggest the A8 isn't being driven hard or a 'performance' vehicle, you generate a TON more braking pressure bringing a 2 ton car down from 130 MPH speeds than the Crossfire!
