Would it be easier to design a different elbow out of aluminum with a tighter radius and an extended collar to fit an injector and move the 02 sensor up a little bit to prevent any over-spray from the added injector (nitrous or otherwise).

I guess you could do a replacement elbow, but I was working on the basis that the TB collar is simpler and cheaper to make. I've measured it all out and it will fit, but the MAF/elbow is 28mm further back. The limiting thing is the connector on the throttle actuator as it starts to impinge on the bell housing preventing any further rearward movement. I checked and it is possible to mount the TB upside down to give more clearance but the butterfly then obscures the injector as it opens. I'll make one up and take some pics of it in situ.
On a side note...my ECU parts should be here this week - i just checked the tracking system and they have just landed in the UK. I had to get them from the US in the end since the local guys didn't have stock. I'll let you know as soon as I get a default map for the 7th injector running - you should be able to 'plug and play' then.
