I'm not a spoke's person for Rob. But his first header set shouldn't be referred to as inferior. His second set could be referred to as over kill. The difference being,first set was constructed of rustless 304 stainless steel. The second set which he now sells is constructed of 321 stainless steel. 321 stainless steel being easier to shape with the added mixture of titanium. No hammer and pliers were used for shapping in the back yard. Formed from Rob's spec's by an Aircraft Company's percision equipment. Then Rob back purge welded them up to elimate weld slag inside his headers. Squirrel Crusher
I meant inferior as regards to the material used and the fact Rob was able to remove 2 welds making for a smoother header. Rob's workmanship is second to none. He offered me a choice between the original set and the new material set. I had been in contact with Rob throughout the process of the change.
