It really just depends on how aggressive you are wishing for the car to be. For example, some people's opinion on what a flush fitting wheel/tire setup looks like may differ from another. I consider my setup to be pretty aggressive for a Crossfire, but i've had previous cars with much more aggressive setups. With that being said, i'd go for the lower offset option you listed.
