This would be like trying to get the genie back into the bottle. The pulley has failed and should be replaced immediately before running the car.

How to make your own tool to loosen the crankshaft bolt. Notice there are two types of pulley, the SRT one has more ribs (8) than the NA one which has six.
Definitely buy a new bolt.
