I've measured it all out and it will fit, but the MAF/elbow is 28mm further back. The limiting thing is the connector on the throttle actuator as it starts to impinge on the bell housing preventing any further rearward movement. I checked and it is possible to mount the TB upside down to give more clearance but the butterfly then obscures the injector as it opens. I'll make one up and take some pics of it in situ.
