If it's torqued to the recommended 81 ft/lbs, you 'may' be able to tack a nut on it, but I would think the heat required to do that might effect the alloy wheel.
Might be best to drill a good size hole in the center and use a big ez-out, or big enough for a left hand thread tap and bolt.
