Default Re: Windshield washer nozzel

If a pin doesn't work, which my bet is it won't, you'll need to remover the cowel, remove the nozzle and drill out the inlet from the jet tube connection area. The nozzles are heated and the plastic in the base of the nozzle melts. Once this happens, it won't allow water to flow through the jets. A small drill bit inserted and drilled through the connector will open up the plastic again and allow the fluid to flow through the jets. It's the only way to get them to work again, aside from buying new nozzles (which isn't necessary).
