The CEL regarding the air pump is most likely a burnt relay in the RCM, search for RCM
The leaking valve covers are most likely the little valve cover vents, that's a DIY, search for valve cover leak.

as to the rubbing noise, no clue other than maybe the plastic fender liner ?
as to the wheel jerking, not a clue.
