That harmonic balancer is DRT ("dead raight thare").

The supercharger places significant additional load on this pulley. It takes roughly 50 HP to drive the supercharger at redline on a stock car. A stacked pulley car uses 100+ HP to drive the supercharger. That is a lot of load on the belt and harmonic balancer.
