Depending on which Used Car Estimator one uses, a retail sell for a car in good condition is about $10k. A Private Sell is anywhere from $7900 to $8400, based on Very Good Condition to Excellent, respectively. Just another Crossfire owner who is proud of their car, which I can't fault. But these cars are no where considered 'collector' class except by us. And we really know the driver behind our ownership fixation with the Crossfire is 'perma-grin'!
Practicality says his/her asking price is way over value. Hope he/she gets their asking price; just won't be from me. Even if I make trip to look at car, my offer (if presented) would be well below the asking price.
Like others have stated, I do like the look of the Special Edition Crossfires, which I put in a 'limited' model series within the Crossfire overall model range. And I remember how good your car looked up close when I first saw it in Eureka Springs last year.
