According to what the code messages are telling us you have an intermittent loss of continuity at one of the connectors in the main line you're going to have to go connector by connector with a can of contact cleaner and systematically disconnect clean and reconnect each one. A wiring schematic is available on this forum to assist you, I know it's a lot of work but it's the logical course of action that needs to be taken. I believe if you search the how to section under documentation you will find the wiring schematic in the service manual. Success is achieved by perseverance. Just a suggestion but a good place to start maybe the CAN bus connection itself, and be sure to disconnect the battery before you do this you don't want any arching going on while you are disconnecting and reconnecting the connectors, good luck and I hope you solve your problem.
