My 2 guesses are the BCM is from a SRT and/Or a different transmission and rear ratio. Plus maybe the traction switch is a separate issue. From my understanding the spoiler will come up if vehicle speed is not confirmed or abs signals don't match. So your BCM might be for wrong transmission.
