The SKREEM module (also called a door lock module at times) is;
Mercedes part# A 170 820 18 26 you can buy a used one on eBay for $35.
Chrysler part# 05099541AA (I think)
Transponder ring is;
Mercedes part# 168 462 02 53 (I think)
Chrysler part# is 05098200AA (I think)
The number for the ring (halo) is probably marked on the one on your car.
I got the SKREEM Mercedes number from a spare I have.
Do not buy a Chrysler part it is the same as the Mercedes part but marked up by 100% at times.
