Doc, (and others) stay away from the race spring rates. (1200 and 900lb) Way too stiff for the street and track for that matter. Once our cars are lowered we have very little suspension travel (front mostly) and the only way to engineer around the problem is create space (big hammers) or real stiff springs. I'm going to ditch the stiff springs and try something closer to the K&W spring rates. Which means another set of shocks, darn it. I love the perch/spring jack set up, miles ahead of the K&W's. The K&W's were 630lb front and 480lb rear I believe. Also the sperical bearings ARE a race item. They need regular maintenance or they make noise. For the street I'd just change the camber arms.
