so I went to Chrysler (After many phone calls and "advice") and they discovered that the part, although an identical part number had one extra feature loaded when it was in the previous car. That was it had a key switch to turn the passenger airbag off in case you had a child restraint there. This means that they could not reset it because the car module was looking for this switch. Chrysler tells me I need to get another controller module with only the exact features my crossfire has.

If it were a brand new module they would just program it to the features the car has! I fail to see why there is no way to just wipe it's memory and start again!?

Any ideas or do I need to do it all again :-(
