When unlocking the car I heard the 'actuator at the fuel door' but I could not see anything move. There is a black button on the inside (gas area) that looks like a push button spring. I pushed on it and it popped out. I redid the lock and unlock. The spring button did not move. I gently pulled on it and the whole thing came out. It's NOT attached to anything. ughhhhhhhhhhhhh do you think they did this?? Is it an easy fix?? I did not hear any sound locking the car, only unlocking.

They put an ACTUATOR - Power door lock in my car. Is that the same thing?? Of course I'm confused again.
The Actuator cost 909. They also did 'electrical system repairs' 625. This was an expensive adventure BUT on the bright side I can now fully lock my car. :/
