+1 on the new battery.
The MAIN fuse box is underhood on the driver's side at the firewall.
The one on the driver's side console is for lights only.
The fuses inside the black box by the battery are part of the RCM module.
There are 3 BIG bolt-type fuses in the little box in front of the battery, they 3 supply ALL the power to everything.
