From the Service Manual.

FUEL FILL DOOR
REMOVAL
1. Open the fuel filler door (1).
2. Remove the two bolts (2).
3. Remove the fuel filler door.

The bolts are by the hinge.

Trouble is I cannot see them on my 2005.
