My understanding is Crossfire training is only 6 hours. One day, given in Detroit. I had started a reply to this thread yesterday and stopped myself when it turned into Mechanic bashing. . .
But, apparently, the 6 hours isn't enough for every mechanic. Some people have had great service experiences. So, the class is obviously helpful to some. The rest ... I don't know. Perhaps they aren't paying any attention. Using it has a paid vacation to Detroit (I used to live there, and can't imagine "vacationing" there, but ... [shrug]).
What your mechanic is going to school for, then, I don't know. Maybe Chrysler is starting to realize 6 hours isn't enough for the lowest common denominator of mechanics. Or, maybe he is going for his philosophy degree. :wink:
