The DCAI and cat back shouldn't be the cause. The ECU would adjust to it quickly IMO. More likely something inadvertently loose or off. I'm hoping you've unknowingly disconnected the hose under the throttle body. For the car to run badly under part throttle you'd have to have a whopper of a leak. Did you take the throttle body off? If so look in that area.
