Reminder: If your attending and are looking to book a room at the host hotel, you have till June 17th to get the clubs pricing or rooms period. After June 17 they will no longer be holding rooms for us. Rooms in the area go fast.
In addition, make sure you CALL the hotel directly if you're going to book a room because the website states "NO AVAILABILITY FOR THE TIME PERIOD YOU REQUESTED". Remember to mention the code "CCC".
