Hi guys,

I had a new battery installed 3 days ago and I noticed they didn't put the rubber block back on (part number 05099946A). It's supposed to be a battery isolator but I do not see it's purpose. Do any of you have your car batteries fitted without this part 05099946A and will it kill the battery if not installed?
