I have 275/35-18 on mine here is the difference
stock 255/35-19= 10.0 wide ,,,3.5 sidewall--------------------------- 26.0 tall
mine 275/30-19= 10.8 wide,,,3.2 sidewall-------------------------,,, 25.5 tall
yours 275/35-19= 10.8 wide,,,3.8 sidewall (rubber rim to grown),,, 26.6 tall

and on the front
stock 225/40-18 8.9 wide,,,3.6 sidewall,,,25.1 tall
yours 145/35-18 this one is not in my book. but 245/35-18 is 9.6 wide ,,3.4 sidewall,,, 24.8 tall


just so you know what you are getting
oh the rear 275/35 gets 2.5% more mpg than stock. so the 275/30 would get 2.355 less gas mileage than stock. jim
