if you didn't have this problem before you replaced the pump. ,,,two things you have the wires backwards
or the pump you installed is bad,,,when you check it did you SEE the flow ? how,where did u c the flow? my without being there to c the car i would say it is the pump, the pump only works (factory wired ) when the rpm is above either 1200 or 2000 can't remember which , as a test hot wire the pump direct to the batt and re test your car. because
you said supercharger is cutting out intermittently. only the pump does that,
