I'll look around for a couple of them, probably the hardware store or Napa would be my best bet.
I quite a few of them in one of my "stuff" bins but none have the meat on them like what is needed in this application.
They are mostly left over speaker installs over the years.
I agree about keeping it on, I liked the look of underneath when I took it off to replace the steering stabilizer.
it looked nice at 35K miles.
