I got new plugs at 100,000 miles and our very own expert Rudy who works for Mercedes Benz as a certified mechanic told me our OEM wires are as good as most replacements out there so if they have no cracks or burnt places on them to keep them.
He inspected mine for me and saw no reason for me to replace them
