That's what I thought too. And I'm guessing it led the former owners to sell.
I will definitely buy the both sensors and install myself. Did you check out what the dealer charged the former owner for the sensor...$373.00!
Thanks to the knowledge everyone here as gathered over the last 12 years I hope to keep my car as far away from the dealers as possible. I'm the very same way with my Harley Roadking. No dealership service ever!

This "they have already replaced" the sensors twice makes me wonder where they are getting their parts. You have a code telling you that the Cam sensor is acting up. Other than George's advice, I'd order one from German Auto Supply TODAY. I think this is a case of people making things WAY harder than they should be, due to using suspect parts.
