Default Re: Chrysler Crossfire Accident Caught On Camera

For those of you who might of thought that was me........it wasn't. My friend Tony lives about 1.5 miles from where that accident happened.
If I had a dollar for every time somebody sped up as soon as they came up on me going down the highway, I could probably buy another Crossfire. The speed limit in the area where they were traveling is 55 mph. just at the point where he started to accelerate it's posted 65 mph.
Can anybody tell what kind of car the photographer was driving?
As for a reason for what happened:
Your honor, as you can see from the video, my client was driving down the road (doing the speed limit) and noticed the posted speed limit increased to 65 mph. Since he was in the designated "passing" lane he knew it was his civic duty to accelerate and move over because cars were beginning to pass him on the right. Upon doing so, his car (a 200?) Crossfire suddenly experienced yet another case of unintentional acceleration. As you see by watching the video that only my clients exceptional driving skills kept him from hitting any of the traffic in front of him. It was only after safely passing them did he finally lose control of his malfunctioning car.
I rest my case.
