Raise the hood.
Remove the caps at the bottom of the wipers (that hide the nut that holds them on, if they have not fallen off like all the rest).
Take the nuts off each wiper.
Grab each wiper and pull/twist/work them off their spindles.
Remove all the torx screws in the plastic cover under the wipers, and lift the cover off.
All the way on the passenger end, you will see the squirrel cage blower, it will be full of leaves/pine needles/etc.
Vacum out the blower cage and all the vents - vacum out the ENTIRE area under the cover.
Put things back together. You are done.
(This will also keep the drains from clogging and backing up, allowing water to fill the area and overflow into the squirrel cage area and flowing down under the carpet on the passenger side - which leads to water in your sound system amplifier, as well as other items.
