My check engine light came on. I checked the gauges, the oil, the gascap. Everything was in order. Now after a few days the light is off. Could it have come on due to it being almost time for an oil change? I have an appointment to take in it this week and wondered if I should bother with the diagnostic or just get the oil changed.
