I have a new )-ring but need help in where to locate it. My guess is that I place it into the reservoir all the way. Then when I have the reservoir back on the pump the C-clip should hold the O-ring in place. Would this be correct? I bought a new reservoir and )-ring. At first I put the )-ring on the metal nipple of the pump but the reservoir still leaks. So it would seem I need the O-ring to be placed all the way into the reservoir and then assemble the reservoir, holding the )-ring in place in the reservoir. Help from experience is appreciated.
