The TPMS issue is more age than mileage. At 10+ years, the original batteries are about done.

Each TPMS sensor has a centrifugal switch that connects the battery at 20+ MPH. It's the shelf life of the battery that mostly matters.

The CPS issue, can't say, some are still on the original after 100,000 + miles.
