You had a place in Plantation as a reputable repair shop, would you happen to know if they have experience with this type of problem?

Our issue is further complicated because the top stopped halfway up and we can't get it closed now, so I don't know if that's the issue or not, but we need a good repair shop who can help us without breaking us.
