Jim, you should try a recover. If you can get the headliner out/in there are many 'mom-pop' recovering places around. I found mine when I asked a couple body shops who did their headliner replacements. Got a post here about it VERY inexpensive (recovering headliner total at shop $66.50) for the time/effort I put in! You may want to buy the trim clips as I broke a few (they are very inexpensive)


BTW, it STILL looks GREAT and much better feel than OEM. In fact, it matched the OEM color/fabric exactly (with a better thin foam backing built-in.
