Number 7 : Electronic transmission control (park/reversing lock) ,Photo chromatic rearview mirror and BCM (body control module). It seems like a short but it could be ,something is straining to work properly. Try lubricating the spoiler and the door locking mechanism. I say this because, if the 10 amp fuse is working, "something" is demanding more amperage.
