I haven't been able to check out the "grounding" reply yet. Probably won't be able to until the weekend. However, in support of that notion, the fan blower stops at intersections unless I put the clutch in and rev the motor just a bit, and it gets better the longer I drive it on any given outing. Also, not all that long ago, I changed the battery. I thought I'd cleaned the terminals, but probably not the one on the chassis. Thanks again.
