Thanks everybody but I did figure it out. As the early comments stated it was the battery and a bad connection/corrosion. I've had a lot of problems lately they've been pretty small and I've been able to fix them myself but I'm a bit paranoid so I thought it was something bigger. The chime still don't know and I aware of the sound when the lights are left on or the key in the ignition. Thanks again.

Glad to hear its back on the road! I try to do the simple things first, they are mostly free and it helps me become more familiar with the layout. From personal experience, sometimes it is RIGHT in front of you but you pass over it so many times. Yeah, been there done that.
