Default Re: O2 Sensor Questions

I don't buy from Auto-zone unless I absolutely have to. I purchased my Bosch 16123 and Bosch 16167 O2 sensors elsewhere for approx $61.00.

It is my understanding that the Crossfire uses (2) Bosh 16167 Upstream - (pre-cat, drivers side and passenger side).

I believe there are (2) other Bosh sensors:
(1) Bosch 16276 described as Right Downstream
(1) Bosch 16123 described as Left Downstream

Does the designation" Right Downstream" mean the passenger side or does it refer to the right side of the engine as you face it with the hood up?

It would be clearer if I had the following info to provide to a local mechanic if I were to provide him with the o2 sensors, so there would be no mix ups :

Bank 1 Sensor ! (pre-cat) left side facing engine (passenger side) Bosch Sensor # is ________
Bank 1 Sensor 2 (post -cat) left side facing engine (passenger side) Bosch Sensor # is _______

Bank 2 Sensor 1 (pre-cat) right side facing engine (drivers side) Bosch Sensor # is _______
Bank 2 Sensor 2 (post cat) right side facing engine (drivers side) Bosch Sensor # is _______
