Default Experienced Recommendations needed for SRT6 upgrades

This is a request for Experienced Crossfire owners who are qualified to answer these questions. I understand that, in order to gain a substantial improvement in power on my pure stock SRT6, I would need several upgrades: Eurocharge tune, upgraded s/c pulley, exhausts deleting cats, one or more pulley changes, efficient mufflers for cat-delete exhausts, possibly a s/c pulley scatter shield.
Acting on my own limited knowledge, I have already acquired:
1. Code 3 Stainless steel 65 mm s/c pulley(no spacer came with it); Question: a. Can I use the stock spacer for this? b. Is stock spacer .020-.030 thick as required for the 65mm pulley?
2. I ordered two 5" dia. bullet Magnaflow s.s. 21 inch mufflers, 2.5" single inlets and single outlets;
3. N/W catless exhaust system (with plug for A/F meter if used);
None of these have yet been installed, and most have not even arrived yet. I do not want to waste money on parts or even go to hiflow intake manifold or larger 550 injectors unless NECESSARY to prevent catastrophe. I'd rather not have to buy an A/F meter, either, so maybe the dyno tune would obviate the need for the A/F meter. What do you think?

NOW, I need to decide what NECESSARY improvements I need to acquire and install:
A. Idle pulley? Tensioner pulley?
B. stacked pulley system?
C. or s/c pulley scatter shield?
D. N/W Dual CAI?
E. Do I NEED an A/F meter?
F. should I drive 400 miles to Houston to have dyno installation of Eurocharge computer upgrade or just do this by telephone? I believe the dyno tune could produce more h.p., safely, but perhaps not.

Being retired and on fixed income I won't be able to do all this at one time, orall in one month, but with patience I should be able to get the NECESSARY work done in a few months. Thanks.
