analyze the damage, is it deep gouges or just surface scratches ? if it is a surface scratch with no gouging into the actual bumper then you can use meguires scratch x... it is the least harsh of the rubbing compounds on the market and very safe to use... if you need more muscle than that, turtle wax rubbing compound in the red/white tin...
